Victor holds a BSc in Actuarial Studies from Sunway University and a PhD in Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. Prior to joining ASB, he spent 4 years conducting research focused on statistics and transportation engineering. His work involved utilizing mathematical modeling and optimization techniques to make more informed and effective decisions in the transportation field of study.

During his degree and PhD studies, Victor facilitated learning programs for students of various levels, from high school to MBA. He takes pride in designing lessons that are tailored to the unique needs of each group. He specializes in delivering the knowledge in the fields of mathematics, probability, statistics, and economics. At ASB, Victor is currently dedicated to advancing his career in academia and pursuing research in the field of statistical modeling, artificial intelligence algorithm development, and its applications in operational research.
